NCEEC is a gated facility. For SMAS Observing Sessions, if you are a non-member attending on your own as a SMAS guest, you MUST arrange to meet a SMAS member on site, to be sure that you will have access. The scheduling of a SMAS Observing Session DOES NOT guarantee attendance by members, regardless of the weather.
